On December 25, 2017, Beijing Yangzheng Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HNA Investment, entered into a joint venture contract with ORPEA (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. to jointly set up the YANGTING (Shanghai) Elderly Care Management Co., Ltd. Both sides combined their respective advantages and resources to jointly create a medium-and-high end elderly care management consulting services brand, also a care institution serving the Greater China region.
ORPEA is the largest in Europe, the second in the world elderly rehabilitation group. The intention of this deep cooperation between Chinese and French elderly care business is to combine world-class elderly care operations management with local Chinese innovative model, but also build an international service system banding medical care with elderly care, comprehensively enhance the popularity of HNA elderly care brand and operational capabilities, promote together the establishment of China's elderly care service standards.
